Ademola Isola

I am an experienced automation engineer with a strong background in Robotics Process Automation (RPA). Currently, I work at Access Bank Plc, where I develop and support RPA solutions across various units, including settlement and reconciliation, DFT, and cheque management. My role involves not only the development of automation solutions but also the management of servers and orchestrators to ensure smooth operations. I collaborate closely with teams such as network administration and cybersecurity to enhance the efficiency of our processes.

Prior to my current position, I served as a Branch Intern at Access Bank, where I provided financial services and handled specialized tasks like foreign currency exchange and issuing banker's cheques. My attention to detail and ability to combine programming languages with RPA tools have allowed me to deliver solutions that significantly enhance business productivity, and this is evident with the deployment of RPA solution across the bank’s subsidiaries in various countries. I hold a diploma from the Access Bank School of Banking Excellence and a B.Sc. in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University.
