I'm looking to lead architectural quality assurance, design coordination, site compliance, and defect-resolution work on residential, commercial, or institutional developments.

At Nila Homes Ideas, I manage quality assurance for architectural concepts, construction drawings, and BIM models across commercial and multi-unit residential developments in Abuja.

I cross-check architectural, structural, and MEP drawings before construction issuance, reducing site RFIs by 25%. I also lead site inspections, material verification, snagging, defect close-out, and compliance with Nigerian building codes and HSE standards.

My work includes developing quality-control frameworks and drawing standards for projects such as Archomez Investment Limited’s residential estate in Jahi and Obej Plaza in Wuse 2.
