At Rotimi Olukoga & Associates (Real Estate), I manage site procurement across concurrent projects, sourcing and negotiating vendor quotations to keep costs under control. I also coordinate material deliveries and help keep work on schedule.
I produce progress and completed-works reports for the CEO, and conduct property inspections to catch maintenance issues and enforce compliance standards. I’m the point of contact between artisans, suppliers, and leadership when site issues need resolving.
At Syarpa, I supported product coordination for Saturn, an AI-powered investment app. I ran sprint planning and backlog grooming in Jira, prioritized requirements with engineering and marketing, and cleared blockers during daily stand-ups.
Through independent product development, I’ve designed, built, and shipped web platforms and backend systems using Python, Next.js, TypeScript, and Supabase. I’m also building automation skills with n8n, Make, and Botpress, and regularly prototype technical-analysis tools.
