I’m a Product Manager with a Computer Science degree and three years of experience shipping web and mobile based SaaS products, currently building for a US healthcare platform at a remote-first company. I bring a technical foundation, design mindset, and a customer-first approach to owning product segments end-to-end.

At Within Labs, I led an electronic prescribing (ePrescribe) integration from planning through go-live in a compliance-heavy, patient-safety-critical environment. I also shipped a provider-facing feature enabling clinicians to load previous notes into the current note, refining workflows through clear product specifications built with engineering and design.

I’m comfortable running structured QA/test cycles, handling defect documentation to drive fixes, and translating customer needs into actionable PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. I’ve led onboarding sessions with setup, training, and go-live support, created documentation guides, and even drove growth via a programmatic SEO website revamp—while my earlier InfiniteRev role strengthened my discovery, backlog prioritization, user interview, UAT, and analytics-informed roadmap instincts.
