I am a dedicated military professional with extensive experience in training, logistics, and administration within the Minnesota Army National Guard. My journey began in 2006, and over the years, I have honed my skills in leadership, problem-solving, and organizational management. As a Staff Sergeant, I have successfully led various training programs, ensuring compliance with directives and enhancing unit readiness.

In my current role as Training NCO, I am responsible for executing training objectives and managing compliance for the unit. My analytical skills have enabled me to effectively draft training schedules, manage training files, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. I take pride in my ability to maintain high standards of accountability and professionalism, ensuring that all personnel are logistically prepared and supported.
