At Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, I draft, negotiate, and execute medical and scientific research agreements, including clinical trial, sponsored research, data use, material transfer, vendor, consultant, and confidentiality agreements. I serve as the sole contracts associate managing the full research portfolio for Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and developed the structure for the School of Medicine–Hospital affiliate engagement.
Previously, I advised clients at Parker Poe Adams and Bernstein, Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, and other law firms on corporate transactions, restructurings, financing, software and SaaS agreements, intellectual property protections, and regulatory compliance. I’m admitted to practice in North Carolina, New York, and New Jersey.
