I lead global IT operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and 24×7 incident response for a regulated insurance software platform serving 1,000+ enterprise clients across seven territories. I command P1/P2 incidents from alert triage through resolution and executive debrief, maintaining 99.99% availability across a multi-continent SaaS environment.

I designed a tiered on-call rota and escalation matrix for 13 engineers across three countries, reducing MTTA to 1–2 minutes and MTTR to under 30 minutes. I also introduced AI-powered monitoring and alerting with Microsoft Power Automate and ITSM tooling, reducing false-positive noise and strengthening proactive operations.

I manage hybrid infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and data centres, and led a move to cloud-native architecture that reduced operational overhead by approximately 30%. I implemented Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes practices to improve provisioning consistency, orchestration, and recovery during incidents.

I’m accountable for global information security posture, including ISO 27001, ISO 27017 recovery controls, NIST CSF, vulnerability management, IAM, zero-trust architecture, and board-level risk reporting. I’m now looking to build world-class incident response and AI-driven operations functions at Director or VP level in Canada or the USA.
