What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst role where I can build business systems, automate processes, develop reporting, and partner with users to improve operations.

I've modernized Kalmbach Feeds' legacy QARF process by rebuilding it in SharePoint and Microsoft Lists, automating issue IDs and status notifications with Power Automate, and connecting it to Power BI reporting.

At Crown Equipment Corporation, I developed and maintained Power BI dashboards, prepared large business datasets with SQL and Excel, and worked with internal teams to deliver accurate reporting from enterprise systems. I also gathered requirements, tested solutions, troubleshot issues, and documented process changes alongside Quality, IT leadership, and operational users.

I'm completing degrees in Information Technology and Business Administration while bringing hands-on experience in business systems analysis, process improvement, data validation, and Microsoft 365 solutions.
