What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build accessible, responsive WordPress experiences with a collaborative team. I want a role where I can own the full delivery—from requirements to theme/plugin development—while using strong project management to keep projects on time and on budget.

I’m a Senior WordPress developer with 20+ years creating, customizing, and maintaining responsive, user-friendly websites. I build with an accessibility mindset, focusing on WCAG 2.1 AA and delivering work that stakeholders can trust.

I manage WordPress projects end-to-end—from PHP, custom theme and plugin development, and integrations to hosting and analytics. I partner with IT to build and integrate custom RESTful APIs and SQL-backed functionality for real business needs.

I also bring strong project management and team-building instincts. I founded an annual Design/Dev retreat to improve cohesion between design and development teams, and I consult with Digital Product teams to translate UX/UI goals into practical web modules.

Across my work, I focus on speed without sacrificing quality: I streamline workflows (like reducing monthly hours for sales by moving from spreadsheets to real-time dashboards), design polished layouts, and keep projects on time and on budget through clear requirements, timelines, and contractor coordination.
