What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote, part-time data-entry or administrative support work, with a commitment of 10–15 hours per week.

At Huawei Sierra Leone, I supported network operations centre activities and telecommunications monitoring during my internship. I assisted with monitoring network alarms, following up on reported faults, and preparing operational reports.

I worked with iMaster MAE and iMaster NCE and gained exposure to network performance monitoring, incident escalation, root cause analysis, and microwave transmission systems. I also contributed to team reports and network performance updates.

As a volunteer with Huawei Sierra Leone's Front Office, I supported day-to-day activities, operational reporting, and alarm follow-up. I also served as Deputy Minister of Education in the Central University of Sierra Leone Student Union, assisting with educational programmes and gathering student feedback on academic concerns.
