At EY (Ernst&Young), I lead QA and delivery activities across mobile, web, API, and CMS platforms. For a Cigna healthcare insurance mobile application, I combined manual, API, and AccelQ-based automation testing.
On the ITC Road Safety Website, I supported requirements and scope clarification, information architecture, content mapping, and responsive reviews. I also prepared Jira epics and stories and coordinated dependencies across content, design, QA, and development.
Earlier, at Eplanet, I built and maintained Python, Selenium, and Appium automation for consumer web and mobile products. My experience also includes testing government digital platforms at Traffic Digital and managing end-to-end QA for ERP and integrated web and mobile systems at Axact.
