I’m looking for a senior leadership role where I can guide secure, compliant delivery in regulated environments—combining Agile coaching, technical project management, and strong QA/CI-CD governance to help teams ship reliable outcomes.

I’m a Senior Technical Project Manager and Certified Scrum Master with 13+ years leading complex, large-scale IT programs across healthcare and highly regulated federal environments. I build delivery alignment between business strategy and engineering execution, with a strong focus on security, compliance, and high-quality outcomes.

I’ve driven technical delivery for multi-team initiatives, owning roadmap decomposition into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements (performance, security, compliance). I’m hands-on with CI/CD-aligned execution—coordinating code freeze windows, automated testing cycles, and release cutovers across environments—and I manage delivery risks and dependencies through RAID logs and proactive mitigation.

My expertise spans SDLC and STLC, Agile/Scrum and scaled Agile execution (SAFe), and end-to-end quality strategy. I partner with engineering, QA, security, and data stakeholders to govern API and data integration efforts, oversee test planning and UAT coordination, and translate sprint metrics into executive-level reporting on delivery health, readiness, and risk posture.
