What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can lead industrial relations and compliance initiatives, draft policy and contracts, manage dispute resolution, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused organization.

I am an industrial relations professional and lawyer with experience across government, corporate, and supervisory roles in labor law, land law analysis, and HR compliance. I have drafted contracts, company regulations, and collective labour agreements while advising management on dispute resolution and industrial relations strategy.

My background includes roles at PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering (Patria), the National Land Agency, and PT Mayora Indah Tbk, where I coordinated large workforces, led employee engagement and compliance initiatives, supervised programs, and represented organizations in labor matters. I graduated Cum Laude (S.H.) from Universitas Airlangga and have won national debate and film competitions, reflecting strong advocacy, research, and communication skills.
