At Sidra Medicine, I deliver evidence-based post-operative care across cardiology, neurology, urology, plastics, and fetal medicine within a high-acuity pediatric and women's health PACU. I bring 18 years of progressive clinical experience, including 13 years in PACU and perioperative services.

I've served as a Cerner superuser, supported SBAR tool development and nursing-note optimization, and contributed to NDNQI quality indicator surveys, audit initiatives, and incident root-cause analysis. My work combines careful clinical documentation, quality data collection, and practical informatics support.

Previously at King Hamad University Hospital, I coordinated care across OR, ICU, ward, and PACU teams, trained staff across multiple EMR platforms, and led KPI data analysis and quality improvement initiatives. My ICU foundation at Lilavati Hospital strengthened my independent assessment, critical-care decision-making, and patient/family education skills.

I'm licensed as an Illinois RN with NLC multistate eligibility and am equipped for US remote work from Qatar. I’m available for part-time, PRN, per-diem, evening, night, weekend, telehealth triage, case management, utilization review, HEDIS, quality review, and nursing informatics opportunities.
