Abigail Vongor

I’m a Registered Nurse who leads patient care across progressive care, surgical recovery, hyperbaric wellness, and aesthetic injection services. I bring a steady clinical mindset—combining assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning—with a strong commitment to patient education and preventative care.

In my Progressive Care Unit role, I provided evidence-based care for 4-5 patients, including assessment skills, medication administration, and individualized treatment planning. I also observed and interpreted signs and symptoms, then communicated directly with physicians to support the best possible outcomes.

As a Lead RN across surgical and wellness settings, I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to support efficient healing and patient satisfaction. I monitored patients post-operatively, tracked medical records, lab values, and medical clearances for safety in surgery, and managed medical inventory and supply ordering.

In my current work, I administer IV fluids, IM shots, and Hyperbaric Oxygen treatments, while also providing care and education to guests on the benefits of medical services. I also work as a Certified Nurse Injector, where I inject Dysport and Lip Filler and rely on my training and licensure to help clients feel confident and empowered through self-care.
