At Samsara, I lead a global post-sales systems team building and operating Zendesk-centered support platforms. I deliver AI-powered automation, including a taxonomy agent that classifies and routes inbound support tickets.
I own the Zendesk ecosystem end to end, from custom ZAF apps and Help Center tooling through architecture, code review, UAT, and production release. I connect Zendesk with Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, and Zoom through Workato while running agile delivery across distributed teams and vendors.
Previously at Toast, I built systems engineering in India to support follow-the-sun delivery and led accounting and tax integrations across Vertex, NetSuite, Zuora, and Salesforce. My work improved automation, accuracy, financial-close efficiency, and cross-functional delivery across Finance, Tax, IT, and Operations.
My earlier work spans Gartner research and advisory for integration technologies, plus hands-on enterprise integration delivery at Tieto and Infosys using ESB, API management, CI/CD, and event-driven patterns. I've advised more than 1,000 clients on integration strategy and technology decisions.
