At Cloud Certitude, I build Salesforce solutions for enterprise banking clients across Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud. I architect metadata-driven designs that reduce hardcoded logic and make complex workflows easier to maintain.

I designed a key-value configuration framework that reduced hardcoding by 80%, and I built a four-step LWC and Apex batch solution for bulk regulatory FIC deferral requests. The platform streamlined a previously manual process and introduced automated 48-hour SLA breach alerts.

I’ve also extended Salesforce approval experiences with a custom Approval History LWC, enabled OmniStudio adoption through REST API callouts, and implemented structured rejection and resubmission tracking. In production support, I resolved more than 200 incidents for a 2,500+ user banking environment while sustaining 99.8% uptime.

Earlier, I redesigned access controls, built a Visualforce assessment module, integrated Google APIs for salesperson activity capture, and supported a Sales Cloud e-commerce migration. I enjoy owning features end to end, contributing to architecture discussions and code reviews, and building reusable patterns for delivery teams.
