At Webedigital, I architected a two-process Node.js backend with an Express/Socket.IO API service and a dedicated BullMQ worker tier. I built atomic Redis rate limiting that sustained a 99.90% success rate across 63,692 requests under abuse testing.
At Webedigital, I diagnosed pgBouncer pool exhaustion and reduced match feed latency from 1.97s to 141ms p95 through caching and composite indexing. I also stabilized a client-facing frontend before integrating it with the backend for launch.
I built a distributed webhook delivery engine with Redis and PostgreSQL idempotency, then validated its behavior with chaos tests across worker failures and Redis flushes. My URL shortener project used consistent hashing and Redis caching to achieve sub-60ms p95 latency at 500 virtual users.
