What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an outbound customer engagement role where I can use clear communication, customer persuasion, CRM accuracy, and disciplined follow-ups to meet sales targets and drive application completion.

I've supported non-technical users at NCR EduServices by guiding them through complex processes, maintaining accurate records, and following open cases through to resolution.

During my IT internship, I reduced hardware and software resolution time across 3+ departments through structured, jargon-free walkthroughs. I maintained 100% data accuracy across incident logs and tracking systems while updating multiple platforms in real time.

I've also driven 3 internal IT projects to completion through persistent follow-ups, blocker escalation, and daily stakeholder updates. Documenting procedures and supporting onboarding strengthened my ability to guide users through multi-step workflows.

Outside my internship, I built a Telegram-based personal assistant, the Votelytics real-time data streaming dashboard, and a serverless blogging platform. I'm looking to apply my communication, persuasion, CRM data entry, and process discipline in outbound customer engagement.
