I’m interested in HR and operations work where I can support process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and the coordination of people and resources to support organisational efficiency.

At Kerala Minerals & Metals Ltd. (KMML), I supported HR operations involving employee administration and documentation, and examined recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and personnel-record workflows.

For my study at KMML, I analyzed questionnaire responses from 100 permanent employees to examine psychological safety and error reporting. I used SPSS for reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression.
