I am a geotechnical engineer and academic with a PhD focused on characterization and improvement of peat soils in Northeast India, backed by M.Tech and B.E. degrees. I combine research, teaching, and consultancy experience to address problematic soils and ground-improvement challenges.
I have published multiple peer-reviewed journal articles in Q1–Q2 journals and presented at national and international conferences, demonstrating expertise in soil stabilization, cement and pozzolanic treatments, and geotechnical testing. I have also executed practical consultancy work such as concrete mix design for public infrastructure.
As an educator and administrator, I have taught core civil and geotechnical courses, held HOD (i/c) and multiple coordination roles, and contributed to institute development, research cells, and student internships. I bring a collaborative, service-oriented approach and strong commitment to quality education and applied research.
