I’m an SAP Basis Administrator/DevOps Engineer focused on keeping SAP landscapes stable, secure, and responsive for customers. I’ve worked across IBP supply/demand lifecycle operations, production support, and operational improvements that reduce downtime.

At SAP Labs India, I “Troushot and resolved hundreds of customer issues by addressing root causes and implementing workarounds.” I also used SP Automation Tool to analyze issues and “enhanc[ing] process tools with development teams,” improving service provider cockpit experiences.

I manage high-impact technical activities end-to-end: “Managed system refreshes (System copy, Client copy), Installation decommissions, upgrades, patches, and tenant moves,” while ensuring “data integrity, security, and stability.” I also configure and maintain System Transport Management using STMS/SCOT and perform dump analysis for faster troubleshooting.

Earlier at Tata Consultancy Services, I delivered measurable results, including “increased archiving object management efficiency by 27%” and completing BASIS tasks like production/non-production refreshes and certificate renewals (SSL, saprouter). I’m excited to bring this hands-on BASIS + HANA expertise, plus automation and reliability mindset, to a team that values operational excellence.
