I’m a Health Information Management HND graduate building my career in medical records management, electronic health information systems, and data analysis. My goal is to support quality patient care by keeping records accurate, confidential, and consistently usable for hospital operations.

As a Health Information Management Officer (Student/Intern) at Ikorodu General Hospital, I open, maintain, and safeguard patient medical records, register patients accurately, and retrieve and file records promptly. I verify demographic and insurance information, update details in the Hospital Information System (HIS), assist in coding, indexing, and documentation, and help produce daily, weekly, and monthly health records reports—supporting research and hospital management while following hospital policies on patient information and confidentiality.
