At Concord Stars Contracting, I led a small design team and a videographer/editor across concurrent contracting projects, approving creative output and maintaining brand consistency. I also built the company's social media presence from zero, establishing its accounts and publishing process.
On government-linked contracts, including RTA Dubai and Dubai Metro, I was the sole creative point of contact for project managers, engineers, partner companies, and the web development team. I coordinated creative work with operational and compliance requirements and managed website backend updates and content.
At Couturelabs Fashion, I built the brand's creative and content function from the ground up, establishing its visual identity, content calendar, and production process. I led junior designers and worked with outsourced web and app developers to keep the e-commerce platform and digital assets consistent.
I also shot fashion photography and video, directed production on set, and ran Meta Ads and influencer partnerships supporting sales and lead generation. Earlier, I created brand identities and marketing materials for startups at ASAVentures / Brandsome and developed real estate promotional materials at Aakriti Housing.
