At FlowForge @ Realbotics AI, I built a production voice-agent platform from zero for legal and accounting brands. It handles about 20k calls a day, with real-time speech, turn-taking and barge-in.
I made mid-call handoffs between agents faster, reducing them from 5.5 seconds to 31 milliseconds without dropping the phone line or recording. I also built a test bench with simulated callers, tool mocks and LLM judges to run before agent changes ship.
At KOKO Nexus @ KOKO AI, I took a voice AI receptionist from zero to production, answering business phone lines with RAG over each business’s data at sub-500ms response latency. As a Machine Learning Engineer on an Insurtech Platform contract, I raised vehicle-damage detection accuracy from 65% to 94% and shipped an API handling 100+ claims a day.
I also contributed four merged fixes to Mastra’s realtime voice providers. In a self-hosted GPU voice-stack project, I ran a voice agent on live calls with a fine-tuned Sesame CSM-1B model, reaching under 400ms end-to-end latency.
