At Bonded AI, I co-led a Claude-powered support-triage assistant that raised automatic handling from about 40% to 67% in one week, with no misroutes in a 48-ticket evaluation. I also built human-approved workflows for drafting replies, diagnosing faults, and correcting patient ledgers.

I engineered a clinic data-migration engine that expanded table coverage from about 1% to 100% across 582 tables, with audited copies at 100% fidelity. I also upgraded the agent platform with shared memory, multi-agent hand-offs, and permission-checked tool access.

Previously, at Kaizen Software Solutions, I built AITA, a full-stack AI education platform with document-driven content generation and RAG. At BLEED AI, I delivered OCR pipelines and a multi-document RAG chatbot, and benchmarked on-prem model serving.
