At COACT, Inc., I lead AI governance for high-risk AI/ML systems, conducting risk assessments, model tiering, lifecycle monitoring, and third-party AI risk reviews. I build compliance frameworks aligned to NIST AI RMF, the EU AI Act, and ISO/IEC 42001.
I've created AI use-case intake processes, enterprise inventories, risk catalogs, control inventories, incident-response protocols, and model-retirement procedures. I partner with data science, engineering, legal, compliance, cybersecurity, and enterprise risk teams to assess bias, fairness, explainability, model performance, and regulatory expectations across the AI lifecycle.
Previously, at Gama-1 Technologies and Tantus Technologies, I performed NIST 800-53 control assessments, authorization work, risk reporting, continuous monitoring, and remediation tracking. I also designed an independent six-gate AI governance model and a 23-artifact portfolio covering risk scoring, control mapping, incident response, and model retirement.
