I’m a detail-oriented Claims Assessor with a pharmacy background and 3+ years of experience in health insurance claims management, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance. In my current role, I process and assess 100+ health insurance claims weekly, communicate with internal departments to obtain claim information, and ensure timely, policy-aligned resolutions in line with Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority guidelines.

Previously, as an Inpatient Pharmacist, I reviewed prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and compliance, advised medical staff on medication selection and interactions, and managed medication inventory while supporting inpatient, OR, outpatient, and clinical pharmacy services. I also bring strong data analysis capabilities—using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python—to optimize processes, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making, with a Certified data analysis program behind me. I’m passionate about project management and eager to apply my analytical, organizational, and problem-solving strengths to successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
