What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a role where I can provide efficient technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and improve user satisfaction.

At Shadow Net Technologies Limited, I developed responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript during my Front End Developer internship.

I collaborated with designers and developers on websites, tested and debugged code for cross-browser compatibility, and assisted with website troubleshooting.

In my IT support role at Shadow Net Technologies Limited, I provided technical support to users and resolved hardware and software issues. I installed and maintained Windows OS and business applications, and managed user accounts in Active Directory.

I also logged and tracked support tickets using Zendesk and Jira, performed system backups and antivirus updates, and documented code and project processes.
