At Prime BPO, I built the LLM conversation engine for AiCCA, a production AI voice agent. I engineered prompts and dialogue flow to qualify Final Expense Insurance and Medicare leads and trigger warm transfers.
At Ibras 95 Transport L.L.C., I built a logistics tracking website and designed its backend data models and API layer for real-time tracking. I also integrated cloud backend services and set up deployment infrastructure.
Through Nxera, I developed AI Screen Pilot, a vision-grounded desktop agent for browser workflows, and Nxera Core, an automation workflow engine. I’m also completing a BS in Artificial Intelligence at SZABIST, Islamabad, with an FYP focused on automating tax-filing and compliance data entry for Pakistan’s FBR IRIS portal.
