At Techweer, I’ve shipped 25+ production systems inside client businesses, working directly with the people who own the problem. I scope requirements, build on clients’ real stacks and data, and iterate until the system holds up in production.

For a healthcare client, I rebuilt a voice agent as four focused agents with explicit handoffs to a human. Appointment conversion rose from 20% to 60%, and 60% of no-shows were recovered within 30 days.

For a US SaaS client, I automated Stripe subscription operations across the client’s tools and production database, with approval required before financial changes ran. I also added a monitor that escalated seat reductions to Slack.

I’ve co-designed client-approved reply automation, built AI SDRs and outbound campaigns, and worked on data pipelines for a legal AI chatbot at Pixelpk Technologies. My projects include an OpenAI-compatible LLM API gateway, a public MCP server, and a benchmark of agent frameworks.
