At bKash Limited, I execute technology audits and apply risk-based methods aligned with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and Bangladesh Bank requirements. I evaluate project roadmaps to identify and address control gaps.
I partner with Product & Technology stakeholders to support zero audit observations during KPMG-led external audits. I also serve as the division’s point of contact for the annual Board Audit conducted by external auditors.
I design and deliver information security awareness training, coordinating content assurance with KnowBe4. I strengthen General IT Controls through incident, change, and problem management using SIEM, SOAR, and ManageEngine.
Previously, at MetLife Bangladesh, I supported a digital hybrid implementation project and administered CRM Next. I also conducted user acceptance testing for CRM Next and IAM applications.
