I've led design for Foodics financial services and restaurant management products, including a banking platform, Pay at Table, a mobile app, and a developer portal. I also stepped in as Interim Design Manager, hiring designers and shaping team rituals and the design organisation.

Previously at Sendoso, I launched the Express freemium plan, contributing to $1M+ in upgrades, and designed Playbooks that reduced time-to-value to one day. I've also designed 0–1 products and MVPs for growth-stage and early-stage startups across the US, UK, and beyond.
