At MHA & Co. Chartered Accountants, I prepare monthly management reports for hotel assets in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, analysing revenue, operating costs and profitability against budgets and prior periods. I monitor financial and operational KPIs and recommend actions when trends or variances need attention.
For the Oman Investment Authority amusement park feasibility study, I built a demand model and integrated financial model to assess visitor numbers, revenue, capital requirements and financial viability. I also developed a consolidated model for PKMR Mining covering three mineral types, cost structures, revenue projections and investment returns.
My work has also included reviewing a nine-hotel portfolio in Oman, evaluating real estate development options in KSA, and preparing a business valuation to support investor decision-making. I’m a Chartered Accountant (ICAP) and use advanced MS Excel, Power BI, Power Query and Odoo ERP in my work.
