At COLABS, I lead feasibility studies and investment cases for new locations, expansion initiatives, and strategic projects across Pakistan, KSA, and Thailand.

I build driver-based models covering revenue, occupancy, pricing, operating costs, capex, working capital, financing, profit, and cash flow. My analyses use NPV, IRR, payback, break-even, scenario planning, and sensitivity testing to support management and investment committee decisions.

Previously at Zameen.com – Bayut KSA, I developed project models and reporting schedules to track cash flows, cost performance, profitability, and budget utilization. I also prepared feasibility studies, cash flow models, and budget-versus-actual variance analysis for real estate development projects.

I bring experience in joint-venture structuring, financial reporting, SAP Business One, and clear investment communication through feasibility reports, investment memos, dashboards, and pitch decks.
