What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level IT Support or Service Desk role where I can contribute, learn, and grow professionally.

At Hurbad Institute of Technology, I’m gaining hands-on IT support experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, and ServiceNow workflows. I’m CompTIA A+ certified and built a home lab with VMware, Windows Server 2022, and Windows 10/11.

As a Help Desk Technician in my personal IT support lab, I provided Windows support, resolved hardware and software issues, and managed practice tickets in ServiceNow. I also managed Active Directory accounts and supported Microsoft 365 applications.

I’ve configured basic network settings and troubleshot connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi and VPN problems. I’m seeking an entry-level IT Support or Service Desk role where I can contribute, learn, and grow professionally.
