At Safaricom PLC, I build reactive Spring Boot WebFlux and Kafka services for the national health-insurance registration and ambulance-onboarding platform. I also developed Keycloak identity and KYC backends, including integration of an ML facial-recognition model.
At Eclectics International, I designed the UBA Agency Banking integration connecting core banking with Airtel Money and Telkom, processing 1M+ daily transactions at 99.9% uptime. I also contributed to the Central Bank of Zambia shared Agency Platform, used by banks including Standard Chartered and Zanaco and scaled to 500K+ agents.
