At LA MAROCAINE VIE, I own the cybersecurity governance framework end to end, reporting to the CEO and leading a team of four. I achieved 100% compliance with Law 05-20/DNSSI and delivered a NIST-based programme with a maturity level of 4.2/5.
I also led the separation from Société Générale Group across six key workstreams and designed and deployed a security baseline covering PAM, MFA, EDR, DLP, SIEM, CTI and vulnerability scanning. Earlier, at DATAPROTECT, I supported PCI DSS compliance and security architecture engagements, including a Symantec DLP redesign that reduced false positives by 96%.
