I'm looking for a role where I can build and optimize sales, operations, marketing, and customer service functions, develop partnerships, lead teams, and drive sustainable growth.

At Sivop in Kinshasa, I lead operational workflows, financial invoice audits, procurement coordination, budgets, and data-driven resource allocation. Previously at Titans Protection, I built the Digital Marketing & Sales, Operations, and Customer Service departments and secured international partnerships with OKPLAST and OKCLEAN.

At Soficom, I established a central customer service department supporting 80 branches across the DRC, helped increase profits by 22%, and recruited and led a 50-person team. I bring business development, sales, digital marketing, cost control, and multilingual experience across international markets.
