At AgentEQ, I founded an AI-powered customer-experience automation platform for Arabic-first SMB markets across Palestine, Jordan, and the Levant. I built integrations with Meta APIs for WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger, including embedded signup and a secure proxy API for programmatic template messaging.
I launched AgentEQ in April 2026, and it became a recognized Meta Tech Provider. I lead a cross-functional team and drive product, brand, and go-to-market strategy; earlier, as an intern at ASAL Technologies, I built back-end services and RESTful APIs and developed reports and dashboards from analyzed data.
