What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an emergency/trauma nursing role where I can lead triage and coordinate fast, high-quality care in a collaborative team. I value readiness, strong protocols, and growth through complex patient situations.

I’m a Registered Nurse with extensive emergency, trauma, and acute-care experience, including charge and triage roles in high-volume departments. I bring a calm, safety-first approach to rapid assessment, admissions, and patient flow—especially when every minute matters.

In my current role as a House Supervisor, I coordinate transfers, admissions, and staffing for a 142-bed facility, while also supporting triage and charge responsibilities in a 24-bed Trauma Level 3 emergency department. I’ve delivered emergency care in a certified stroke center setting and served as a Team Lead Nurse during deployment, supervising RNs and corpsmen and leading a mobile emergency unit’s rapid response.

Earlier experience includes charge and staff nursing on a multi-service medical-surgical oncology inpatient ward, where I provided direct patient care and administered chemotherapy, biotherapy, and hydration infusions. Across settings, I focus on readiness, teamwork, and evidence-based life-saving interventions—reinforced by BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and tactical casualty combat care certifications.
