At Boxlike Solutions, I designed UI/UX across four real-money and casual gaming products, covering onboarding and KYC, payment flows, and gameplay. I simplified payments and introduced additional options, reducing payment drop-off by roughly 15%.
At FreeKaaMaal.com, I led an end-to-end redesign of the Android and iOS app, using interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluation, and competitor research to inform the work. The redesign moved the app store rating from the low 3s to 4.2–4.3, and I introduced a Deals Stories hero tab and native in-app Community.
At Unbundl, I delivered UI/UX and creative design across client brands, including mobile and web work for Saral Homes, Amydus, and SIF. I’m deepening my AI-led UX practice through an Advanced Certificate at IIT Delhi, applying AI-assisted research synthesis and prototyping to product work.
