I’m looking for a technology-driven role where I can apply my software engineering and AI skills, keep learning through real projects, and use my customer communication experience to support teams and users effectively.

I’m a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in software engineering and practical experience in customer service roles. I’m eager to contribute analytical and technical skills to a technology-driven team.

In my BSc(Hons) in Software Engineering, I’ve designed and implemented software applications using Java, C++, and Python. I’ve worked with database management principles, executed complex SQL queries, and studied software development life cycle models including Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps.

Across roles like Assistant Pharmacist and an Admission Counsellor Intern, I built a solid track record in client handling, front desk coordination, billing/cash handling, and clear email/phone communication. As an AI Research Intern at SKB infotech, I research and develop machine learning and AI models—analyzing datasets, improving model performance, and prototyping AI-driven solutions using NLP and computer vision.
