At Computershare, I contribute to the modernisation of Investor Centre, a global investment platform serving approximately 10 million users. I develop frontend functionality with Next.js and backend services with C# and .NET Framework.
I’ve developed and enhanced Experience APIs that connect backend services and deliver customer and investment holdings data. I’ve also implemented user authorisation through Ping Identity and integrated services with Computershare’s internal SCRIP system.
At FDM Group, I contributed to an AI-powered chatbot for the Defence Safety Authority, developing APIs with Python and Flask and building the interface with React. I integrated the OpenAI API and worked on document retrieval using FAISS vector search.
