I build data analyses that turn raw records into clear business recommendations using SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI.
At VESIT, I developed and maintained a CMS for academic resources, users, and attendance records. I optimized its SQL queries, designed reporting modules, and helped faculty convert manual workflows into queryable data views.
In a SaaS subscription analytics project, I designed a six-table PostgreSQL database and wrote 25+ SQL queries to examine churn, acquisition, and revenue. I found low early engagement was associated with 46.2% churn and identified Referral as substantially more efficient than Paid Search.
I’ve also analyzed telecom churn and e-commerce margins, building interactive Power BI dashboards and uncovering pricing, retention, and contract-conversion opportunities from thousands of customer and transaction records.
