My research article, “A legal analysis: whether arbitration clauses can bind non-signatories in mergers and acquisitions,” was published through Record of Law in 2026. It examines party consent and commercial realities, including agency, assignment, and successor liability.
As a Legal Research Intern at Record of Law, I completed structured research assignments and developed my legal writing through guided work on contemporary legal issues. I also conducted legal research and case law analysis for the Roots Ivy Moot Court Team.
I’m currently participating in Popoola-Taiwo LP’s 3-Week Maritime Law Virtual Internship Program. My LLB (Hons) dissertation examined the effectiveness of UK anti-money laundering legislation in the context of cryptocurrency, and I’m working toward specializing in mergers and acquisitions within the finance industry.
