I monitor events through Azure Monitor and Log Analytics Workspace and handle Tier 2 incidents end to end: detection, triage, containment, root cause analysis and remediation.

Halliburton (energy, Palo Alto NGFW), Oct 2024 to Jul 2025: I delivered 30+ firewall rule changes a month through the full Change Advisory Board (CAB) process in ServiceNow, ran rule-base audits to find permissive and orphaned policies, and provided Tier 2 support in a 24/7 production environment.

Security automation: I built Python scripts that parse, normalize and validate firewall and security logs at more than 1M events a day. I also wrote the runbooks and incident-response SOPs the team works from.
