At HSBC, I own global data assets and products, bringing together data from source systems across 50 markets into governed, high-quality resources. I delivered the Global Liquidity Dashboard and Commercial Card Optimisation Dashboard to give users self-serve insight.

I lead cross-functional delivery and own data quality and governance. A multi-region validation exercise raised the data match rate to 99.2%, and I’m leading a GenAI initiative that lets users query the data asset in natural language.

Earlier at HSBC, I managed data analytics tools, seven machine-learning and generative-AI use cases, and a $5 million budget supporting the 2025 data strategy. I also contributed to Dynamic Risk Assessment, an award-winning financial-crime solution using Google AI and machine learning.
