What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or Program Coordination.

At Kav Mashve, I direct three leadership and career development programs for early-career professionals, middle managers, and senior leaders, including an MBA-linked leadership program. I manage each program’s lifecycle, from planning and participant selection through delivery and evaluation.

I build partnerships with academic institutions, employers, foundations, and professional experts in Israel and internationally. I also coordinate workshops, learning events, and international study visits to support participants’ leadership development and career growth.

At Nateev Express, I designed personal and professional development plans to prepare employees for supervisory and management roles. I also coordinated external training providers and subject matter experts, and led employee well-being initiatives.

Earlier, I recruited and supported Arab university graduates through placement and hiring processes at Kav Mashve, and taught Arabic language and culture at Galim School. I’m seeking a role in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or Program Coordination.
