At Ministry of Education, I developed and maintained enterprise .NET components over SQL databases and integrated solutions with Microsoft Azure.
I worked in a Pull Request culture using Git and Azure DevOps / TFS, with OOP, Design Patterns, and XUnit tests.
On my RAG on AI Coding Tool Docs project, I built a system that answers questions over AI coding tools’ project documentation. It combines semantic search and reranking with an LLM router for structured JSON list queries, and includes bilingual support and hallucination guards.
I also built a raffle and donation management system with Angular, C#, and SQL Server, and a full e-commerce platform with React, Node.js, and MongoDB. My applied AI work includes RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and MCP.
